For the past few weeks, I have been writing to myself, writing myself love letters. Why do you ask? For many reasons. One reason was that Lyndsey and I decided to do different “studies” or “experiments” to share with our lunas, another was to practice self love, and lastly to celebrate the month of love. As Oscar Wilde says “To love oneself is the beginning of a life-long romance.” Isn’t that the truth? And boy, are we starting to fall more in more in love with ourselves everyday over here at Luna Noel. Not in an egotistical way, we do not mean that kind of love. We mean just full of heart love for yourself, that sometimes gets a little lost in the hustle and bustle.
Every morning I started the ritual of writing to myself and it wasn’t easy at first. I was embarrassed thinking i was being full of myself or wasting my time. But then I realized that if I take the time to say “I love you” to the people i truly loved in my life, shouldn’t I be one of those people I said it to? So I simply started writing “I love you, I love you, I love you” across the pages until it brought a smile to my face. It felt good, it felt good to be appreciated by me. As the days went on, i got more comfortable and more started to spill out onto the pages.
We hear a lot about self-love these days and sometimes where do you start? This is such an easy way to start your self-love ritual. Just sit down somewhere quiet with no distractions and write to yourself. Maybe light a candle or put on your favorite music, just take some time for you, so every part of you feels love and appreciated. The more you show yourself appreciation, the better you will feel everyday. Once you start here, with yourself, you will notice the love pouring in all around you.

Love // The Universal Healer
What is love? Most of us relate love to those romantic feelings experienced when we are in love with another. But what if I told you that was not the love I am talking about? For those of you with children or animals you may know what it feels like to love another without being romantically in love. This is love, our natural/optimal state of being that resonates at 528 hz, the same frequency the Earth herself vibrates at. No wonder nature is so healing. This is the frequency of Universe/God/Source-- making love known as the "universal healer".
So how do we experience this kind of love? This love is our natural state of being that resonates harmoniously with the planet and universe. It comes from within us. You are a being of love that at any time can emanate this into your world to share the love that you are. It's not given or received but shared. The frequency of love that you are resonates out into your surrounding world Influencing the vibratory field. And as we know thanks to quantum mechanics, everything is energy with a measurable frequency, including ourselves. There are all sorts of unhealthy frequencies such as negative thoughts, dead water, pesticide ridden food, to cell phone and radio waves that affect our human energy field creating disease and illness. Which brings us back to love. If you can exist in a state of love, you can regenerate and heal the body, mind, and spirit.
Stepping out of a fear-based operating system to one based in unconditional love will set you free. Free from disease, unnecessary suffering, limitations, unhealthy thought patterns, behaviors, and addictions. Fear triggers our "fight or flight" response which is great if a lion is chasing you (thank you stephanie), but with so much constant stimuli occurring around us many people are stuck in a fear-based mentality that limits our ability to see and think clearly, harms our health, and hijacks our higher perceptual state to see limitless possibilities and opportunities.

1. Spend more time outdoors in nature
2. Drink clean living water
3. Eat fresh organic produce + humanely treated animal products
4. Shift from a mentality of scarcity to abundance
5. Shift from a mentality of separateness to oneness + interconnectivity

7. Do what you love! Follow your passions!
There are so many things you can do, but above all just listen to your heart, your heart knows what to do.
